My Qualifications

Working as a carpenter, I saw many homes take shape from the ground up.  This experience gave me the knowledge and confidence to repair, remodel and build new homes.  As a licensed builder since 1984, I have completed a number of custom homes in Spartanburg County.  While building, I had to apply care, meet codes and pass inspections.  These experiences have provided me with the background to know what to look for as I perform a home inspection.
